Hey everybody, Kathy here aka Kat. I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. I'm a 48-year-old Christian single mom of three great kids and own and operate Polish Her Crown Confidence & Visibility Studio. I'm a Visibility Coach for ambitious and aspiring women. I help my clients go from being unseen to seen and heard in business and life, using empowerment through movement and mindset work coupled with in-person digital media approaches in my movement-focused coaching program. I teach a cardio drumming class that makes my clients feel like rockstars rocking out at a rock concert. I share my story, struggles, triumphs, appearance, and body image issues, and a rare anxiety condition that caused seizures on the left side of my body every time I stood up or tried to take a step forward along with my business. Exercise was one of the few ways I could be seizure-free for a few minutes a day and start my day in a positive way. I have been seizure-free for 13 years now, without the aid of medication, after facing the situations that triggered my seizures. My passions are family, fitness, fashion, and playing the flute. I love my life and live it to the fullest and love to inspire other women toward positive change! I have a gift for public speaking and love finding ways of using various passion projects within my business to create income opportunities while growing my business. I'm an advocate for women who are survivors of abuse and visible minorities. In 2021, I hosted and was a guest speaker at my city's first Black Lives Matter Rally and silenced a crowd of 5000 plus people! I was the first woman chosen out of 150 for one of five spots to speak for $10,000. I stood in my living room with my hair in an afro, in my bare feet, rocking an electric blue pantsuit. I spent most of my life on government assistance and broke the cycle three years ago. What can I say? I'm a late bloomer, and now my family and I are starting our first business in the Dominican Republic (DR), helping people relocate to the DR. Our first service is to help people relocate to the DR. Yesterday I was interviewed by a writer who contributes to an international living magazine. He is also a published author whose work has been reviewed by Forbes! We stand out amongst others doing this in so many ways! Once we grow our business and add other services, we will be expanding to other developing countries.
