If you ever doubted that age is just a number — meet @kathy-staudt-7445. 💪 Kathy is 63 years old and a COMPETITIVE bikini bodybuilder. Her latest competition was June 20th — meaning she just stepped off stage 4 days ago. And she's already planning her next building phase. Her current peptide stack: • BPC-157 + TB-500 (tissue repair & recovery) • GHK-Cu (skin health & connective tissue) • KPV (anti-inflammatory, gut health) • Epithalon (cellular longevity & sleep) • DSIP (deep sleep optimization) • Pinealon (neuroprotection & circadian rhythm) • IGF-LR3 (muscle fullness & nutrient partitioning) For her building phase, she's adding: • CJC-1295 no DAC + Ipamorelin (synergistic GH release) • GHK-Cu continues • BPC-157 + TB-500 continues This is what optimized aging looks like. Not sitting on the sidelines. Not accepting "that's just getting older." Running evidence-based protocols, competing, building, and doing it all at 63. Kathy — you are the Prime Protocol spirit in human form. 🔥 What questions do you have for Kathy about her protocols or her approach to competing at 63? Drop them below 👇
👉 Right now, what feels like the weakest link in your results? A) Energy B) Sleep C) Recovery D) Fat loss E) Focus / motivation F) Something else Drop the letter only if you want.If you want feedback, add one sentence of context. Most plateaus aren’t about “needing a new peptide.”They’re about misaligned expectations or timing. Let’s see patterns 👇
@Prime Protocol current stack Is Mots-c, BOC-157/TB-500, IGF-LR3, Epithalon, DSIP, Cerebrolysin, Selank, Pinealon. I had to discontinue Tesla & CJC1296/Ipa due to water retention. This weekend I’ll pull back everything because I’m so lean, I have bumps at every injection sight 🤦♀️. I can’t be bumpy in my bikini
What’s the main reason you started researching peptides? A) Fat loss B) Muscle growth C) Recovery / injury healing D) Anti-aging / longevity E) Curiosity / research Comment the letter that fits you best and feel free to share your experience so far.
