@Eliza Ann Barlow Hi Eliza. Thank you for your response. I am really excited to be working with such enthusiastic, like-minded people. I have been thinking about property development for a while, but I am a complete novice. I attended The Serviced Accommodation Summit this past weekend, which was my first step. And while I would love to say I am ready to work on my first deal, I have to be a bit more methodical. So my To Do List for this week is: - Register my limited company. - Investigate the best business bank account. - Release funds to invest some working capital. - Develop my administrative structure. - Attend my Property Wealth and Influence Accelerator onboarding calls. - Continue to work through the Property Business Accelerator training. And of course I will spend time on Zoopla, Rightmove, AirBnb, etc.
