The Missing Intelligence in Your Health & Fat Loss Journey
Most of us were taught to rely only on logic when it comes to health: - Calories in, calories out. - Eat less, move more. - Follow the plan. - Count the macros. And while logic is useful… it’s only half the story. There’s another “missing intelligence” that rarely gets talked about in the fat loss world: Your Intuitive Mind. Logic vs. Intuition in Health - Logic is counting, tracking, and measuring — the math of health. - Intuition is the tug you feel when you know a certain food isn’t serving you… or when you sense it’s time to rest instead of pushing through. One without the other is unbalanced: - If you rely only on logic, you get stuck in rigid rules and often burn out. - If you rely only on intuition, you might drift without structure. But when they work together, transformation becomes natural. Why We Focus on WINS. This is exactly why, in every coaching call — especially Win it for the Week on Mondays — we start by asking: “Tell me about your wins.” Wins are not just about feeling good. They are how we shift focus: - From what’s wrong (“I blew it this weekend”) - To what’s right (“I walked 8K steps, I hit my protein, I chose water instead of wine”) Progress over Perfection! When you celebrate wins, you re-train your brain’s Reticular Activating System (RAS) to notice progress, growth, and possibility. And the more you focus there, the more momentum you build. A Daily Practice That Changes Everything Each morning, write down only the positive things from the day before: - Did you get to bed earlier? Write it. - Did you walk instead of scroll? Write it. - Did you stop at one glass of wine? Write it. Avoid writing anything that feels heavy or negative. Over time, this rewires your focus so your journey feels easier, lighter, and more sustainable. Intuition = Your Health Compass As you strengthen this practice, you’ll start to hear the subtle tugs of intuition more clearly: - The sense that you’re full before finishing your plate. - The nudge that you need sunlight, not another cup of coffee. - The gut feeling that stress (not sugar) is your real trigger.

Here's a list of the most powerful Natural GLP-1 to create a Powerful Fat Loss Stack Core GLP-1 & Sugar Control - Bitter Melon Extract (Momordica charantia) → Mimics insulin, enhances GLP-1 secretion, improves satiety. - Gymnema sylvestre (leaf extract) → Suppresses sweet taste receptors, reduces sugar cravings, improves glucose absorption control. - Chromium (picolinate or polynicotinate) → Improves insulin sensitivity, helps with sugar cravings and blood sugar stability. Metabolic Enhancers & Insulin Sensitivity - Alpha-Lipoic Acid (100–200 mg) → Improves insulin sensitivity, boosts mitochondrial energy use, helps fat oxidation. - Berberine (not in your current blends, but key for GLP-1) → AMPK activator, slows carb absorption, increases GLP-1 secretion; powerful fat-loss driver. - Maitake Mushroom (beta-glucans) → Enhances satiety, supports microbiome fermentation → indirect GLP-1 stimulation. Polyphenol & Anti-Inflammatory Support - Bergamot (Citrus bergamia extract) → Improves lipids (LDL, triglycerides), supports vascular health, may enhance GLP-1 signaling. - Curcumin (phytosome form for absorption) → Anti-inflammatory, microbiome modulator, mild GLP-1 enhancer. - Quercetin (phytosome form) → Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory; modulates glucose absorption and microbiota balance. - Bilberry Extract (anthocyanins) → Polyphenols for gut health and possible GLP-1 boost. Adaptogens (Stress & Appetite Regulation) - Panax Ginseng (root extract) → May stimulate GLP-1, improves glucose control, adds energy balance. - Eleuthero (Siberian ginseng) → Cortisol/stress regulator, supports appetite control indirectly. The World Needs Women’s Wisdom, Energy, and Strength — Now More Than Ever
Although women today are the most educated, empowered, and resourceful generation in history… studies reveal a sobering truth - they are also the most medicated, disconnected, and unfulfilled. The reality looks like this- Keep in mind that these are just SYMPTOMS of a bigger problem. Women today are the "canary in the coal mine" - Over 20% of women take antidepressants. - More than 90% report an unhealthy relationship with food or their bodies. - Nearly 70% of women in midlife gain weight they cannot lose during perimenopause or menopause. - Almost 40% of women say they rarely wake up rested — and insomnia is twice as common in women as in men. - Heart disease is the #1 killer of women, causing 1 in 5 female deaths (CDC). - Autoimmune diseases affect women at 3x the rate of men (NIH) - Women are twice as likely to develop Alzheimer’s (Alzheimer’s Association). - Nearly 2 in 3 Alzheimer’s patients are women. - 75% of women experience hot flashes and night sweats during perimenopause (Mayo Clinic). - 80% of women will experience fibroids by age 50 (Office on Women’s Health). - Endometriosis affects 1 in 10 women of reproductive age, yet diagnosis often takes 7–10 years (Endometriosis Foundation). - Around 50% of women experience pelvic organ prolapse after childbirth (NIH). - Women are twice as likely as men to experience depression (WHO). - 1 in 8 women experiences postpartum depression (CDC). - Women are 60% more likely than men to experience anxiety disorders (NIMH). - Women are 40% more likely to suffer from insomnia compared to men (Sleep Foundation). - 70% of women report not getting enough sleep at least once per week (Sleep Foundation). - Chronic stress raises cortisol, which increases belly fat storage in midlife women (Endocrine Society). - 70% of U.S. women are overweight or obese (CDC). - Women who diet repeatedly have a higher risk of long-term weight gain (NIH). - Women spend, on average, 32 years of their life trying to lose weight (HuffPost survey). - Women live on average 6 years longer than men — but spend more years in poor health (World Health Organization). - 1 in 3 women over 50 will experience an osteoporotic fracture in her lifetime (International Osteoporosis Foundation). - Hearing loss affects 1 in 4 women over 65, impacting social connection and mood (NIH).

How I became my healthiest at 58 with this 1 simple mindset shift⁣⁣
Doctors told me I had Osteoporosis at 31… here’s how I became my healthiest at 58 with this 1 simple mindset shift⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ At 31, I weighed 102 pounds. I was exhausted, diagnosed with Osteoporosis and Amenorrhea, and stuck in the cycle of eating less and exercising more. My body was breaking down, and I felt hopeless.⁣..⁣ ⁣⁣ What changed everything for me was this: I stopped fighting against my body and started working with it.⁣⁣ ⁣ I remember when I went to Dr. Joe's event in 2024 he said: “The body is the unconscious mind, and it believes what you tell it. Change your thoughts, and you change your body.”⁣ ⁣⁣ Instead of starving myself, I fuelled myself with REAL food. Instead of pushing harder, I embraced rest, rhythm, and balance. And instead of focusing on what was broken, I chose to believe my body could heal.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ That one shift, from control and punishment to trust and nourishment, set me free.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Fast forward to today…⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I’ve helped over 10,000 women over 40 lose weight and reclaim their energy without giving up their favorite foods. I get to do this alongside my awesome husband, Rheece. And at 58, I am stronger, healthier, and more alive than I ever was in my 30s.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ What I learned was, your body WANTS to heal. When you support it with the right foods, the right rhythm, and the right mindset, transformation happens.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ And if it can happen for me, it can happen for you too.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ With love,⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Michale ❤️
