This meditation comes from over 20 years of my work as a Reiki Master Teacher specializing in emotional healing. It’s a space to slow down, clear the emotional and energetic residue of the week, and gently prepare your system for what’s ahead. No experience needed. Simply arrive, listen, and allow your awareness to guide the shift. Join us and begin your week from a grounded, soul-led place.
