Start Here
Welcome! I'm glad you're here. Each learning space is intentionally kept small and intimate so the environment stays calm, regulated, and free from pressure to perform or keep up. This space is designed to help your nervous system learn how to stay present with what's happening - without forcing understanding, fixing, or change. Many people arrive here because things feel intense, confusing, or familiar in ways they can't yet explain. This community offers a calm place to orient, notice, and build capacity first. I recommend beginning with the sessions in order. They're designed to support safety and awareness before moving into more specific or deeper work elsewhere. There's no rush. You can move at your own pace. Nothing here requires performance. I'll continue adding to this space over time. For now, it's enough to arrive. 🤍 If it feels right, you're welcome to simply comment "here" or react with a heart so I know you arrived safely. If you would like to introduce yourself, you are absolutely welcome to - if you'd rather arrive quietly, that's completely fine.

Oh, Dawn, I am all over the place these two weeks; I am in the "upside" down with challenges. Hoping to be moving to a quieter space sooner than later.😝
Tending the Garden
Just a gentle note as this space begins to breathe on its own 🌿 There’s no rush, no performance, and nothing to prove here. You’re welcome to read quietly, move slowly, or say nothing at all. I’m here, tending the garden.

Not sure why I feel I have to push anything in the early hours of morning. It's my baggage. I somehow take on a guilty feeling is I don't pursue something first thing in the morning. Early childhood memories take over at this moment. Thank you, Dawn
A Gentle Gift for Today
Offering this as a quiet support gift for anyone who might need it today. There is no right way to use this - one small step is enough.

Sometimes, my "way" is to isolate myself so I am unable to hear any type of noise...even a human voice ....for the first two hours of the day. I appreciated the piece on focusing on 2-3 intentions. This is a struggle for me since I set up the task of 4-5 intentions. It's impossible of course. So I shall backup a bit; 2-3 seems gentler on my system. Just as your title indicates.
