The Cozy Growth Ecosystem Workshop is happening, and I want to tell you what we are actually doing in it. You have things running. A platform or two, an offer, a freebie somewhere, half a podcast plan, three courses you bought and meant to implement. None of it talks to each other. So every week feels like starting over, and every new strategy you see feels like the thing that will finally pull it together. Here is what I see over and over: it is not that you are missing pieces. You have covered your bases already. The overwhelm comes from trying to run all of it at once, and from being too close to your own business to see how it connects. That is the whole workshop. We stop, we empty the pack, and we sort out what you are actually carrying. What we are doing together: 👉 Getting everything out of your head and onto one page. Every platform, half-built thing, idea and side quest. Messy is correct. 👉 Finding what you already have that you are not counting. Past clients, something nearly finished, content that performed, an offer that has sold before. 👉 Sorting all of it into the three phases of the ecosystem, so you can see the shape of what you have built without realising it. 👉 Choosing where you start from, based on your actual goal, your real capacity this month, and what is closest to done. Not the order someone else told you to follow. 👉 Naming one small step. Small enough for a low capacity week, and changeable whenever you need to change it. I will also sort a couple of real businesses live, so you can watch the thinking happen rather than just hearing about it. If you are brave enough to volunteer yours, bring it.
