Substack or Mailchimp Cant figure out which one is better? Substack seems easier to use, however since switchin to substack I have lost so my subscribers? I share a lot of travel offers and discount codes? Any ideas? Do I need to revert to AI?

I agree with Kylie here, neither is necessarily better than the other. They serve different purposes. I would think of them more as: → Email/Mailchimp etc = email marketing content → Blogging platform (alternative more to your personal website than an email provider) that has a feature where you can push your content to people's inboxes (like you can with Skool posts here) You can't run automations or campaigns, for example, using Substack. It's not really about deals and selling over there. It's more long form content, nurturing, and community building. What you could do is use Substack to share tips, insights, stories and then invite people to join your email list to get access to exclusive offers and discounts. But, as Kylie said, it really depends what you are looking to build.
Honest moment 👀
I started a traffic challenge this week because I wanted more momentum, especially here on Skool. And if I’m honest? Today I’m feeling weirdly stuck. Not because I have nothing to sell. Not because I don’t believe in what I’ve built. But because sometimes when you’re inside your own business, everything starts feeling noisy. “Should I niche down?” “Should I run ads?” “Should I email my list?” “Is my audience even the right audience?” “Am I overcomplicating this?” 😅🙃 The irony of teaching email marketing while having one of those days is not lost on me 😂 So I’m curious… Have you ever had a day where you KNOW what to do in theory……but your brain just says nope? That was me today (I ended up watching a movie with a cup of tea instead!) Tell me I’m not the only one 😅👇

I think if you don't have these moments sometimes, are you even in business? 😆 The secret is to know that - like all other emotional reactions - it is fleeting. Notice what caused the noise, curiously observe, and then go back to your source of truth 🥰
@Kylie Kelly hahaha exactly 😆
I built you a tool so you'll actually send the email 👇
You know that feeling when you sit down to write an email and suddenly you're reorganising your desktop instead? Yeah. I made this for that. It's a free Email Send-It Tool that walks you through: - Picking the right type of email to send - Finding your angle (so you're not starting from scratch) - Writing it with a simple framework - A quick confidence check before you hit send! Drop "EMAIL" below and I'll send you the link!! 🤗

@Kylie Kelly I can't laugh when I am the same 😆😆😆
My email list is growing!
So went from 20 people in my mailing list to 273! Only two sales yet (and one asked for a refund as the program is not fully finished). I stil feel it is still the movement in the right direction! :-) And scheduled my 2 nurture emails for this week as planned. Now I feel more motivated and also more scared, as more people will be reading these emails (hopefully lol)

A little update to the community 💌
Over the past few weeks, I’ve been paying really close attention to what you actually need support with… and where things feel most powerful inside this space. And something has become really clear: Most of you aren’t here for “more content.” You’re here because you want to actually start sending emails, grow your list, and turn it into something that works for your business. So I’m simplifying things. Going forward, this space is going to be much more focused on: - building your email list - sending emails consistently - and growing your business with email (without relying on social media) You’ll also start to see more structured challenges and step-by-step experiences inside the group, so you’re not just learning… you’re actually implementing. Nothing you’ve already got access to is going anywhere. This is about making the space clearer, more focused, and more useful for you. I’m really excited about this next phase and I think you will be too!
