Welcome to Kingdom University 🖤I’m so glad you’re here. This community is for Christian parents who are trying to break generational cycles, raise emotionally healthy children, and stop parenting from survival mode. A lot of us love our kids deeply, but we were never taught how to discipline without yelling, how to stay consistent, how to teach our children about God, or how to heal from what we went through while still showing up for them. Inside Kingdom University, we focus on 4 things: 1. Healing the parent 2. Disciplining without becoming who hurt us 3. Raising children who know God 4. Equipping teens for real life and real faith Start here: Introduce yourself in the community and tell us: How old are your children? What is your biggest parenting struggle right now? What are you believing God to change in your home? You are not a bad parent. But you are responsible for breaking the cycle. Welcome home.

Parent Routine & Self Accountability
Can I talk to the parent who has a list in their head that never makes it to real life? You want to lose weight. You haven't started. You want to meal prep. The groceries are still in store. You want to wake up earlier. The alarm gets snoozed. You want to read your Bible consistently. It's been two weeks. You want to exercise. You're exhausted by 8pm. And then Sunday night hits and you tell yourself..... okay. This week. For real this time. Sound familiar? You cannot pour from empty. And you cannot teach your children discipline, consistency, and follow through if you are not practicing it yourself. They are watching you. Not just how you parent them. But how you treat yourself. Whether you keep promises to yourself. Whether you have goals and actually pursue them. Whether your words and your actions match. The most powerful thing you can model for your child is a parent who decided to become the person they are trying to raise. So today we are not talking about your kids. We are talking about YOU. Step 1 — Pick ONE goal. Just one. Not five. Not a whole lifestyle overhaul. One thing you have been saying you want to do and have not done. Lose weight. Read your Bible daily. Drink more water. Exercise three times a week. Sleep earlier. Meal prep on Sundays. Whatever it is...... pick one. Step 2 — Define what success looks like in 30 days. Not a vague "I want to be better." Specific. "I will exercise 3 days a week for 30 days.""I will read my Bible every morning for 30 days.""I will meal prep every Sunday for 30 days." That is your goal. Write it down. Step 3 — Give yourself a consequence if you don't. I know we talk about consequences for our children. But what about for yourself? If you skip three days without a real reason what happens? No eating out that week? No Netflix until you catch up? No social media until you do the thing? Pick something that actually stings a little. Something that makes you pause before you quit. Step 4 — Set your 30 day reward. If you follow through what do you get?

HOME RESET — DAY 2
Would you take financial advice from someone who is broke? Would you take marriage advice from someone who has been divorced three times and is currently single? Would you let someone coach your child in basketball who has never touched a ball in their life? No. You wouldn't. Because there is something deeply offensive about someone telling you how to do something they have never done and are not currently doing themselves. So let me ask you the real question today. Why do you keep telling your children to do things you are not doing? You tell them to calm down. You cannot regulate your own emotions. You tell them to clean their room. Your bedroom looks like a crime scene. You tell them to eat better. You are on your third bag of chips at 11pm. You tell them to pray. You haven't opened your Bible in three weeks. You tell them to get up on time. You hit snooze four times every morning and then rush everybody out the door in a panic. You tell them to control their attitude. You lose yours every single day before 9am. I am not saying this to shame you. I am saying this because the reset has to start HERE before it can work THERE. Your children are not following your instructions. They are following YOU. You are the curriculum. So before you print one chart. Before you announce one new rule. Before you sit your children down and tell them things are going to be different around here. You have to answer this question honestly Am I doing what I am asking them to do? If the answer is no that is where the reset starts. Not with your children. With you. Join me on the next post for todays Bible study on this topic
