Methylene Blue Dosing
Im finding a lot of different advice online about dosing for mb, what range of doses are working for our sensitive group? I like the idea of adding some to LDN water however LDN makes me sleepy I have learnt mb is good for cognitive boost and hence better for morning/lunchtime dosing due to half life and sleep interference. I might have to seperate the dosing. I see lots of good pharmaceutical grade (USP) options available including in Australia. They are sold by nootropics companies so are pushing higher doses. Thanks for any tips!!

Thanks for this information. Between busy lifestyles caring for others, jobs if we can work, and chronic illness its easy to let resistance exercise and bone health fall by the wayside.

Eat your veggies and protein first!! I'm not sure this article title is accurate as GLP1 drugs dont directly affect vit c metabolism. It does however require users to exercise good food choices under appetite suppression. I fell into this trap and became unwell, ended up depleted and in terrible shape by filing up on food that lacked nutrition, basically eating the way I did when I gained 25kg in covid lockdown, but just smaller quantities whilst still losing all those 25kg. I dont know if its related to my CFS, but I have always been energy hungry (leptin resistance?) and also lacked energy to literally stand in the kitchen to make meals everyday, reaching for convenient simple carbs in an attempt for a quick hit before returning to rest. There were days when if i ate a few squares of chocolate I was conveniently full and could skip 2 meals. I hate to think how my microbiome was affected and how my body was starving for nutrients but just got a few empty calories. Weight loss amongst chronic illness adds to our complexity, GLP1 have been a game charger but I still must make good food decisions or at least suppliment nutrition when required. One thing this article doesnt mention is risk of sarcopenia. I have healthy bmi but have high fat to muscle ratio due to muscle wasting - probably a combination of not eating enough protein and not doing any resistance training (I've had periods of prolonged bedrest due to CFS). Lower limbs muscle mass is related to longevity so if i had my time again losing all that weight, I would have tried harder to maintain muscle mass on GLP1.GLP1 has been amazing for helping me reduce Inflammation and joint pain and manage my insatiable appetite. Can't wait to see the future of peptides as therapeutic agents.
