I am here.” This shifts your nervous system from survival mode to calm. ✍🏽 Minute 3–8 | Mental Release Write or say out loud: - What’s heavy on my mind right now? - What am I carrying that isn’t mine? - What thoughts are draining me? Then declare:“I release what I cannot control.” ❤️ Minute 13–18 | Emotional Check-In Ask: - What am I feeling? - Why am I feeling it? - What do I actually need?
