1. Promised end result - To add an extra $7k to their MRR while reducing their churns in 60 days 2. Unique way of achieving end result - Performance-based email marketing 3. Biggest pain point - Too much focused on acquisition and canโ€™t seem to keep their customers causing them to have decreased MRR 4. Biggest goal - From $10k MRR to $30k MRR Message: We'll reduce your churns while adding an extra $7K to your MRR in 60 days with emails. (For B2B SaaS companies) --- Any feedback?

Hi all, today I have my first linkedin event. Starts today and goes through to Sunday. I am really excited! I have 75 people joining so expecting a good result. They say 20 - 30% will be interested in my programme.. What do I need to make sure I do to make this a success? I have another facebook event coming up helping authors write 25,000 words in 5 days!

Intro: Chris Dyson Where youโ€™re from: U.K. What you do: I partner with coaches, info creators, experts to scale their business. Generally they have a validated HT offer and are making at least $150k per year net. We find the right levers in your business and execute to take you from 6 figure years to 6 figure months and get you to 6+ figure days. Generally we work on an initial project to see if we are both a good fit & then take it from there. Problems: People donโ€™t understand the true essence of high ticket. 99% of the market donโ€™t have a clue what a business actually is. Lots of creators we worked with recently have low quality lists of non-buyers or disgruntled clients โ€” for example on a recent project we started work and the first 4 people we contacted were questioning us where their refund was ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ Goal right now โ€” weโ€™re taking a step back in the journey & creating our ideal clients. We only have very limited capacity due to the customised work we do (and our focus on boundaries) so we want to find 5-10 new partners.
