Working with Brandon is a game-changer. I'm hypermobile, and perimenopause brought a lot more pain. Active for years, but my movement patterns were keeping me in pain. Despite having an excellent PT, I struggled to bring everything together in my workouts. Brandon's program allowed me to stay active while building healthy movement patterns and strength. I'm even back to running, which is a huge win for my physical and mental health! Can't recommend Brandon's expertise and support enough!
