How to start a facilitator Club in the school?
This year my team is spending some time creating a Facilitator Club for teachers and students. Should the Facilitator Club be a stand-alone program Or Should it be integrated into the curriculum? I would love to hear from all of you about how you would build a program for teachers and students.

Hi @Mohmmed Ahmed excellent idea to open facilitator club in the school! I with I had one in mine years ago. My personal opinion is put it as optional only for volunteers, this way you will keep it to the people who really want's it and can benefit from it. If you will succeed and prove that it would be beneficial for everybody than you can think about including it into curriculum.

Team building for Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters
Hello All, We are organizing team building workshops for Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters. The workshops will be in hybrid mode in 2 locations, we expect up to 50 people divided into 2 locations. The tricky part is that AC's and SM''s use on daily basis energizers, quizzes ect, and it will be quite difficult to impress them. I am open for any suggestions, ideas, best practices! #teambuilding #hybridworkshops

Book Club
If you missed the @Aj Smart session yesterday on the 3 secrets to building a successful facilitation career, the following three books were recommended. I found the discussion of group dynamics really interesting and all this time and who know there was science to back up the skill. But I digress….
