Thank you for posting this and for embarking on this virtue series. I've struggled to "nail down" my virtues/ values, those might be different things but I'm too tired to look up the definitions right now..lol So Integrity has a couple qualities stuffed in it.. Honestly, well I'm mostly honest, I've gotten better about not telling the meaningless over exaggerating lies I used to. Next we have "Moral Principles" SO these are what I use as MY guide post for what I consider RIGHT & WRONG?! I ended up in the dictionary after all: Virtue - a) Conformity to a standard of right: MORALITY b) a particular moral excellence Value- to rate, to assign worth, or usefulness. Values: beliefs of a person or social group in which they have an emotional investment (for or against). Is this something you are willing to fight for? Moral: relating to principles of right and wrong: ETHICS Moral Principals: fundamental belief or value that guides individuals’ decisions and actions in relation to what is considered right and wrong. And basically what I hold myself to will be different that what I hold others to, and what society holds others to will constantly be changing. My values are my beliefs and the definition of beliefs that I've been using is “ a belief is simply a thought that you continue to think, gaining momentum until it feels like an automatic, dominant vibration that shapes your experience of reality” Abraham-Hicks Then to look at the “emotional investment" part: I choose to not be so rigid as to let my emotions DICTATE my reality, nor will I CONFORM with out asking a lot of questions. As for what I am willing to fight for?! That will have to be another discussion we have because I fluctuate back and forth on that topic….. ……. Hi & welcome, I’m Melissa — I’ve felt drawn to energy work my entire life, always sensing a connection to something greater. My journey began with Reiki, where I became a Reiki Master. From there, I explored numerology (Gematria and Chaldean) and astrology — and discovered how they all weave together like pieces of a cosmic puzzle.
