Bom dia 🔆 I'm Kat and I have a question for the yoga and Pilates teachers in here: You know that feeling in another teacher's class when you catch yourself thinking, that's a great idea, I'm stealing that for next week? Now imagine five days of it. Next week I'm bringing a small group of yoga and Pilates teachers together in Torres Vedras: five days to work on ourselves and our teaching. Learning from each other, challenging each other, growing together. I facilitate it with structured peer intervision, drawing on my background as a physiotherapist and former university teacher.
