I am building my first niche-focused AI automation offer: PropFlow AI - https://propflowai01.netlify.app/ The idea is simple: Help real estate agents and brokerages automate repetitive tasks such as lead capture, lead follow-ups, appointment booking, CRM updates, and pipeline management so they can spend more time closing deals. I've finished the first version of the landing page and am now moving into the outreach phase. My biggest challenge right now is client acquisition. Since I'm just starting out, I don't have a large network of business owners, so I'm figuring out the best way to generate conversations and land my first client. I'd really appreciate honest feedback from those who have more experience in the space: - Is the real estate niche a good market for AI consulting and automation services? - Does the offer solve a meaningful problem, or am I missing something important? - What improvements would you make to the landing page and positioning? - If you were starting from scratch with little to no network, how would you approach outreach? I'm looking for honest criticism, not validation. If you see flaws in the niche, offer, or approach, I'd rather know now than months later. Hey everyone! I'm Kashish Dhole, a 21-year-old Computer Engineering graduate from India, turning 22 in a few days. I'm currently starting my AI Automation Agency journey and my immediate goal is to land my first client within the next nine days. My long-term goal is to build a successful AI business that helps companies grow through automation while creating a strong career in the AI industry. Coming from a middle-class family and being the sole earning hope for my parents, financial freedom is a major motivation for me. I'm excited to learn, connect with like-minded people, and document my journey here.

I have chosen the AI Consultant path because, although I am naturally introverted, I am also a strong communicator who enjoys explaining ideas and helping others understand complex concepts. Although I don't have any sales experience yet, I am determined to give my best and learn along the way. I enjoy strategy and meaningful conversations, and I believe this path will help me further develop my confidence and communication skills professionally. What excites me the most is sending my first outreach message. I know it's still early, but I want to experience it within the next few days so I can fail fast, learn from my mistakes, and avoid repeating them in the future.
