How do you validate whether a niche has real business potential before investing significant time and effort? What criteria or tools do you use to determine if it's worth pursuing? Also, how do you decide which geographic markets to target? For example, how do you evaluate whether to focus on the US, Canada, UK, Australia, or another region? What factors help you identify where you'll have the best opportunity to acquire clients?
