Feeling really good about this set. I have been having a consistent client that has been coming back every two weeks and I could definitely see my progress. She had minimal lifting and only one broken nail, but she was on vacation and she broke it.

I know I’ve been a little quiet here lately. I’ve been spending a lot of time behind the scenes because I’m preparing something much bigger for this community. I want to make sure everything is ready before I share it with you, and I promise it’ll be worth the wait ✨ I’m also going to be much more consistent here from now on, and I can’t wait to share everything I’ve been working on. I’m having a hard time with my timing. I currently work in a salon where clients are expected to be in and out fairly quickly, but I don’t feel comfortable sacrificing quality for speed. I’m not at the point in my career where I can work extremely fast while still maintaining the standard I want to provide. I know speed comes with practice and experience, but I’m looking for tips on how to improve. How can I become more efficient without compromising the quality of my work? What techniques or habits helped you balance both quality and speed as you were growing in your career?
