There are no points for the prettiest answer- and I'll show up everyday for the one. The one ready to go deep, sitting with a question long enough to tell yourself the truth. Some days it will be uncomfortable. Good. The question you most want to skip is almost always the one with your name on it. That discomfort is not a sign to stop. It is the exact spot where the change is waiting. Here is the one rule, and it is the whole challenge: answer honestly, and answer out loud, here, with us. Because here is the truth. You can think a hard thought privately and let it drift off by lunchtime. But the moment you say the true thing out loud, to people walking the same road, it stops being a thought and starts being a decision. That is why we do this together and not alone. Your honesty gives the person next to you permission to be honest too. That is how a whole room starts to move. You do not have to be ready. You do not have to have your life sorted.
