Rest and relaxation. How often do you indulge in it? As a biz owner it's important to build this into your daily schedule. Yeah, I know, you don't have time. But we all have the same amount of time. So why not make it a non-negotiable. spend one-hour a day unplugging from SM, your biz, and indulge in me-time. Make it a priority. Block out the time on your calendar. Do you know what will happen? 🗝️Your biz will soar. 🗝️You will be serving from a cup that overflows. 🗝️Your body, mind, and spirit will be well rested. For the last two weeks, I've been exploring Japan and Busan, South Korea. This was such a relaxing and wonderful trip and the perfect way to unplug.

@Lisa Drennon gorgeous! Flowers! And live to eat greens and veggies from my garden. I feel safer from the pesticides
A question I've been struggling with since I started Skool
What goes in Premium and what is Free? I created a program based on my clinical experience as a therapist and my lived experience. I took what I do in therapy and "put it on paper." The program works - that is not the issue. Where I am struggling - my ethics, morals, and character vs the desire to make money. I've been told that I need to lock down my classroom, lock down my program, and make it all premium. I currently have 4 courses and in May will be starting a new one. Right now, my main program is free. I want members to use it. I charge Premium for anything that is a direct interaction with me: weekly body doubling, weekly live group coaching, and monthly Doom Pile sessions. So my question is: Do I lock down my classroom and make it all premium? Do I continue to do what feels good to me? I don't know. I waver on this all the time.

In the UK, May Day, the fist Monday in May is always a public bank holiday. It's usually celebrated with street fetes of which we've just come back from cold and saturated (it was sunny when we left then poured down, so we dived under cover into the nearest record shop), but I did manage to find some rare 1980's vinyl for my collection. So normally weekends for me are non-negotiable family, friends and me time. I'm telling you this so you know I haven't just abandoned you all... it's 2 days (3 in this case) where I enjoy scheduled evergreen time with my family and more local friends, and things that give me joy. Even if that's just watching TV with my kids like I did this morning. So, I'll be a bit quieter at weekends . Just letting you know why. Hope you're all enjoying a lovely one. What are you all up to this weekend? I hope whatever it is it's giving you peace and joy.

🔥 Honored to Be Here - And Here’s What Changed With the Instagram Algorithm in 2026 🔥
Honored to be here as a Resident Expert inside this amazing community 🔥 Huge respect to the vision behind this space and what’s being built here - bringing people together to learn, grow, and actually build something real. And I’m genuinely excited to contribute to that. Because if you’re building a business on Instagram in 2026… You need to understand one thing: Growth isn’t random anymore. It’s engineered. Most people think Instagram success is about posting more, better content, or getting lucky. It’s not. It’s algorithmic. And in May 2026… everything evolved. The platform got smarter.More precise.More selective. It now tracks: - What your content means (not just what it says) - Who it’s for (before it even pushes it) - And how people respond across multiple layers - Because Instagram isn’t one algorithm… It’s multiple systems working together to decide one thing: Who gets seen… and who doesn’t And that’s exactly why I created The Algorithm Advantage. Not for hacks. Not for trends. Not for guesswork. But for clarity, control, and consistent growth. If you’re here to build something real on Instagram… You’re in the right place 🤍 Holler at me on IG https://www.instagram.com/taraomalleyofficial?igsh=bG5wOXBqOWtrc2x3&utm_source=qr Also - credit to the creators of and in this space. We’re building something special here 🙌

Please turn your Skool notifications OFF for our community
Little PSA for your sanity 👇 One of the first things I do with every new Skool I join is go in and switch the notifications off. Not because I don’t care, because I do … but just because the default Skool setting is to have pretty much 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻, and honestly, 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴! Your inbox fills up every time someone posts, comments or likes something, and if you’re in a few communities, it gets ridiculous fast. You absolutely do not have to turn them off.But if you want room to focus and get on with what actually matters, you probably don’t want your email dinging every five minutes just because this place is active. Skool didn’t really account for a community like ours; a bunch of people who genuinely want to chat, get to know each other, and help in a more old‑fashioned, authentic way… not the new “numbers game” approach where you are just a number on a spreadsheet. ("I am not a number, I am a free man!", or should that be "person" now?) So, here’s how to reclaim your attention a bit: 𝗢𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗸𝘁𝗼𝗽 1. Go to Skool and click your profile picture in the top‑right corner. 2. Click Settings. 3. In the left sidebar, click Notifications. 4. Under Group notifications, find this community and click Change. 5. Toggle email notifications off for things you don’t want (likes, new posts, comments, etc.), or turn them all off if you prefer to only see updates when you log into Skool. 𝗢𝗻 𝗺𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲 (𝗮𝗽𝗽 𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘀𝗲𝗿) 1. Tap your profile icon (usually top‑right). 2. Tap Settings → Notifications. 3. Turn off any email/push notifications you don’t want (likes, new posts, comments, etc.). 4. If your phone is still buzzing, also check your device’s notification settings for the Skool app and switch those off or to “deliver quietly”. You can always turn things back on later or keep just the important stuff (like event reminders) if that works better for you. I’d much rather you choose when you come in here, on your own terms, than feel dragged around by your inbox.
