💥🎇✨ Did you know that our community got an award from our participation in the community signature challenge⁉️⭐️❤️‍🔥 🦄🚀🕺 I waited until now to bring this to the community because there was a lot of fervor (great warmth and intensity of emotion. synonym: passion) around the competition and all the participating communities and then the watch party and I wanted to reinvigorate the celebration. What would change if you stopped treating pleasure like it only means sex? 😭😵‍💫 Some people have experienced abuse and trauma around sexuality. Many people have experienced social, religious or familial repression. And our culture treats it as something dirty and secret yet it's on everybody's mind all the time. 🤩💖 This community is opening more space for mature conversation, curiosity, education, and real questions around sex, eroticism, intimacy, desire, and the body. 🍒 Pleasure is food, breath, movement, laughter, touch, nature, creativity, honesty, and connection. 🍑🍆 And yes—sexuality belongs in the conversation too. 🚫 No shame. 🚫 No performance. 🚫 Not some secret side room of being human. 💃🏽🕺♥️ That does not mean this is a place to flirt with each other or turn the community sexual. 🤩 💖 It means we practice consent, respect, clear boundaries, and taking care of one another while we explore a powerful part of being human. 🚫 Don't Yuck your Yum 🤤😋‼️🚀 & 🚫 Don't Yuck someone else's Yum What kind of pleasure are you ready to understand more deeply?

Don’t let it own you.💥🍒 😍🚀 Life is meant to be lived - not be a long string of "should nots" - but you have ultimate control of your desires and can choose how to direct that energy. ❤️‍🔥 Desire is not the enemy. 🕺 It is part of being human. 💖 It drives love, art, hunger, ambition, sex, creation, and the will to live. 🥶 But when desire becomes fixation— “I need that person, thing, drink, status, or outcome to be okay”—it starts running the show. Don’t repress desire. Name it and honor it! This is you being a real human being. Then ask: What am I actually hungry for? Love? Rest? Touch? Belonging? Relief? Nourishment? I love you - Jump into the Somatic Primer Series in the classroom and develop those foundational skills.
