Level 1. It is a form of light. Level 2. It is a form of light that most people call it by its acronym. People can use it as a pointer in a meeting or as a toy with their cats. Level 3. Its different energy levels and wavelengths make it useful in various industries, including medicine, entertainment, manufacturing, etc.
