Simply Present Sunday โ˜•
โ˜€๏ธ Happy Sunday Morning, Wise Women. โ˜€๏ธ Before the day begins asking for your time and attention, gift yourself a few quiet moments. Open the curtains. Step outside. Take a deep breath. Listen to the birds. Feel the morning breeze. Notice the light dancing through the trees. There is something deeply healing about slowing down and letting nature remind us who we are. Today doesn't have to be productive to be meaningful. Sometimes the greatest act of self-care is simply being presentโ€”coffee in hand, feet on the earth, and an open heart. May this Sunday bring you peace where you've been carrying stress, clarity where you've been feeling uncertain, and gentle reminders that there is beauty, wonder, and everyday magic all around you. Wishing you a beautiful Sunday. ๐ŸŒฟ Gina

Oh Gina!! THANK YOU!! I am forever hard on myself and constantly feel the need to be "doing the next task that needs completed". This morning, I am enjoying a cup of lavender latte coffee in the cool morning breeze. Even sitting hear just taking a moment makes my internal voice scream that I must get up and do something! Thank you for the reminder and permission to BREATHE!

@Gina Brooks it is a limited edition Starbucks Kcup. I also add the Starbucks lavender latte creamer. It is SO GOOD!! I am on my 2nd cup, put on a summer dress, and am repainting my toenails. Thank you for the self care reminder. ๐Ÿ’•

'I'm so grateful you're here. I'm Gina, and I created this community for women like me, who long for a little more magic, wellness, connection, and meaning in their everyday lives. Like many women, I've spent years caring for othersโ€”as a mother/grandmother, reading teacher, NASM Wellness Coach, herbalist, energy worker, Reiki Master, and lifelong learner. Along the way, I discovered that true magic isn't found in big momentsโ€”it's found in sharing tea with a friend, reading a beautiful book, tending herbs, creating family traditions, nourishing our bodies, and gathering in community with other wise women. This circle is a place to explore: ๐Ÿ“š Inspiring books๐ŸŒฟ Herbal wisdom & wellnessโ˜• Tea rituals & kitchen magicโœจ Mind-body-spirit practices๐Ÿ’› Meaningful connection & sisterhood๐Ÿก Everyday magic and intentional living. Here is how this community works: ๐ŸŒฟ Community Tab โ€” this is where we gather, share, and talk every day. Show up here like you would a front porch conversation. Real, warm, and honest. ๐Ÿ“š Classroom Tab โ€” this is where our courses and challenges live. Start with the free "Enchanted Life โ€” A 10-Day Journey Into Mind, Body & Spirit" COMING SOON. ๐Ÿ“… Events Tab โ€” live gatherings, workshops, and seasonal celebrations will be posted here. Maybe a weekly or monthly "Tea Time" live gathering? You decide. Before you do anything else โ€” introduce yourself right here in the comments. Tell us: โœจ Your name and where you are from ๐ŸŒฟ One thing you are longing for more of in your life right now ๐Ÿซ– Your favorite tea, or crystal, or herb, or thing you love to make/create ๐Ÿ“– The last book that cracked something open inside of you That is it. Four sentences and you are home. We read every single introduction. And this community shows up for each other โ€” so drop yours below and watch what happens. ๐Ÿ‘‡

๐Ÿ‘‹ I am Karen. I live in Strattanville but home has always been Clearfield for me ๐Ÿ’• At this point in my life, I long for calm serenity ๐Ÿ˜Œ I love to create in the kitchen! Everything from homemade ravioli carbonara, to truffles, and cookies galore ๐Ÿ˜‹ The last book that cracked something open in my soul was The Last Letter by Rebecca Yarros. I ugly cried multiple times throughout that novel. ๐Ÿ“š ๐Ÿ“–

@Gina Brooks I think we are talking about 2 different types of truffles. I enjoy the tediousness of making chocolate truffles. All kinds! Oreo truffles with white chocolate and sprinkled with Oreo crumbs, Gingersnap truffles drizzled in chocolate, snickerdoodle truffles (my daughter's favorite), and of course peanutbutter truffles with the creamiest peanutbutter that melts in your mouth. Typically at Christmas I go a little crazy with all the cookies, candy, and confection making, but my friends that I share with never seem to mind ๐Ÿ˜‰
