Passed my PMP exam an hour ago!!
Thank you @Andrew Ramdayal for all that you do. With your materials, motivational stories, and discussions on Tuesdays, I passed a considerably difficult PMP exam today on my first try!! πŸŽ‰I will celebrate with a carrot muffin and coffee later. I also wore business blue for luck!!! Thank you also for this platform which helped me to connect with other aspirants and achievers with whom general and exam-prep discussions were invaluable. Special mention goes out to my committed study group comprising @Jason Scoresby , @Crystal Harris , @Annabel Bryant , @Anthony Manalo , @Precious Akpan, @Emma Osko, @Gajan Krish and @Cathy Denison. Your commitment and viewpoints helped to keep interest and momentum going even when it got tough in the past months!! I wish all of you success in your upcoming exams. Will tune in to the updated course on Udemy to keep up as a new journey begins. 🫑

Confusing
A project manager is managing an agile project. An experienced architect on the team mentions that it is important to create a detailed solution design document upfront based on the complexity of the project. One of the team members says that it is against the agile principles to spend time in upfront documentation. How should the project manager handle this situation? A- Provide agile training to the architect and work with the project team to perform conflict resolution. B- Allow the architect to create the solution design documentation upfront as required for the project. C- Agree with the team member and ask the architect to create the design in iterations over a period of time. D- Seek guidance from the project sponsor since agile does not support comprehensive documentation.

I would have chosen B. since the architect is said to be experienced ( broad qualifier)… we’d be assuming the architect is not experienced in agile. Plus, as the team is self-organizing, usually the SMEs are left to work since the PM adopts servant leadership. However, I do understand why A. is the correct answer due to value #2 listed above by @Nikola Janjic
PMP Certified
Hey all! I am now PMP certified (AT/AT/AT). Thanks @Andrew Ramdayal for the Udemy course and the mock tests, they helped a lot in getting myself trained for the actual test. Thank you all for the questions and answers that helped me to get clarified on the processes along the way!
