Last week I walked 34 miles. I lifted weights for a total of 75 minutes. It was a good week. How'd it go for all of you?

I've been in a walking boot for 3 weeks and stopped going to the gym 3 times per week. It's been a nice break but tomorrow I'm going to start back again. I have a "10" sign on my office door. I'm trying to charge myself "admission " to my office with 10 x some kind of exercises each time I walk in. (Squats, bicep curls, pushups, etc. ones that I can do with a walking boot on).
Prayer (Psalms 139: 1-7)
Lord, Thank You for knowing us completely—every thought, every desire, every hidden place of the heart. For every REAL Woman who wonders if she is truly seen, remind her that You have examined her life with love, not judgment. You understand her in ways she cannot even understand herself. You know where she goes, what she carries, and what she tries so hard to hide. You see the moments she feels strong and the moments she feels fragile. You know her words before she speaks them and her needs before she can name them. Let that truth bring comfort, not pressure—because Your knowing is gentle, protective, and full of grace. Surround her with Your presence today. Go before her, walk beside her, and stand behind her. Let her feel the safety of being completely held by You. And when she feels like running, remind her that she can never outrun Your love. When she feels lost, remind her that she is never outside Your reach. When she feels alone, remind her that Your presence is her constant companion. Let every REAL Woman rest in this truth: She is fully known. She is fully understood. She is fully embraced by the God who never lets her go. In Jesus’ name, Amen. Psalms 139 us a favorite of mine, do you have a favorite Psalm?

What are your - It Was God Moments?
Below I’ve listed a few of those moments in my life when, looking back, I can see that it was God who orchestrated, protected, led, directed, blessed me. As you reflect on your life, how has God done the same for you? What are your distinct moments? Blessings to those who read and share. 🙏 - God, it was you who pulled me out of an abusive family at age four - God, it was you who lead me to a Christian family that adopted me at age six - God, it was you who protected me when I ran away from home at age 16 - God, it was you who led to employment at 21 that would equip me for where I am today - God, it was you who poured out your grace in moments of intentional sin and failure - God, it was you who led us to every home we’ve owned and opened up to help others - God, it was you who saved our marriage - God, it was you who healed my broken heart after reuniting with my birth family - God, it was you who led my husband and I to the perfect church and inspired our involvement - God, it was you who protected our children and filled in the parenting gaps where we lacked - God, it was you who brought me in contact with Bella and her sweet family - God, it was you... - God, it continues to be you... - God, thank you... Thank you for reading, thank you for sharing, thank you for being willing to be REAL with us REAL women.
