Fascial Maneuvers Tomorrow Friday 6:30am
We think that fascia is just a thin tissue holding our muscles, bones and organs. It's more than that. Fascia is alive, smart, and always listening. It stores tension, adapts to habits (like too much sitting), and even reacts to emotions. When it’s tight, the body compensates in other areas, which can lead to inefficient movement or pain. The good news is: you can teach fascia to let go. Slow movement, rotation, breathing, and simple routines help you rebalance, reduce tension and reconnect to your body. We will do a short session tomorrow morning. Looking forward to!
