I just completed the Five Day Challenge - I feel amazing. Ironically I had recently started keeping track on a calendar of personal care items - Breathwork, cold exposure, no alcohol, yoga, biking, walking and healthy eating and was moving into a new morning routine with blocks of times listed for each portion of my day. During this Five Day Challenge - Brian discusses the importance of the routine and how there is FREEDOM IN ROUTINE. During my prayer/meditation time, I've been praying for Personal Discipline. I'm a type A personality and accomplish a lot, however, since retiring from the corporate world, becoming an empty nester, moving several times, I was in a different mindset than in my past. In my opinion, I had taken "relaxation" and "letting go" too far. I am so grateful for this group, for Brian, AJ, Hannah and finding my way to Like Minded People all over the World. Like Minded People - I have been praying for you for a very long time. In a million years, I had not envisioned my life unfolding in this beautiful, magical way! The Breathwork journey is helping me release things I had buried for so very long: past trauma, limiting beliefs. During the time I participated in Yoga Teacher Training, a lot of trauma I had forgotten was remembered. I now realize that was only the start. Like Brian says, we can go to therapy but this is much quicker. My experience with the journeys and the daily Breathwork - Brian is spot on! I'm so excited to share a full journey with students.
