Sometimes life feels like the ocean
Life for many people is ebbing and flowing so rapidly, one minute the sea is a tranquil glassy pond, the next the waves are crashing hard and we need a surf board to ride them. This seems to be happening on a personal and collective level that it feels as though we all need our surf boards ready. (I am not so great at surfing by the way 🀣). This week I have had such beautiful tranquility and peacefulness inside that it took me by surprise, I hadn't realised I was holding low level anxiety to the extent that it had become 'normal'. Then today out of nowhere disturbance hit left field which I felt with a ferocity that was unexpected. It seems that when we reach a certain point, the calm ocean, we can take a breath, float for a while, enjoy the flow, all is well, the Divine is at play in life. Then, when the ocean rises again and the waves come they often feel larger than they are because of the contrast of the peace we had been experiencing, after all, we had been basking in the Divine flow, on the right time line blah blah. Personal evolution sometimes feels like this. We get to a point where life is less hectic on an inner level, or the thing that used to trigger us no longer holds power as we have resolved and dissolved it. This becomes the new 'norm', we get to enjoy the tranquility. If something happens that takes us out of this new norm and it echoes the old patterns and feelings it feels exaggerated and more turbulent. It comes as an unexpected wave that we have forgotten how to surf. I feel that we often forget that this is a measure of evolution, the mind attempts to take us one a journey or into a story that no longer fits yet we have evolved past it. This is just the echoes of the old. That was my challenge for the day. To see that I was feeling what felt like a high and turbulent wave when it was really just a contrast to having been in the tranquil flow. The wave was not so high, I did not need a surf board, I remember I can swim. How do you deal with the ebbs and flows of life?

Most definitely; waves, ebbs and flow describe my emotions well. Largely in relation to fears; feeling engulfed in them, then rising above them, then engulfed again! It's like being in the body, then looking down from a bigger picture.

Interview for Ada's Community. Enjoy
A few weeks ago whilst, I was still in the UK. Ada interviewed me for her community welcomes and getting to know each other. I am posting the interview here and thank you @Ada Draedan for sharing with me. It fascinates me that different aspects of ourselves are given expression depending upon who is interviewing us. I love how we can go deeper within ourselves by answering questions and being given the space to be seen and to be heard πŸ’œ

Voice as Frequency
I went into a community today that asked whether members liked particular "cute" AI voices that were being generated. On reading this I listened to the voices and had the same feeling I have with anything audio (and often visuals) that are AI generated. I became irritated, my body rejected the sounds, and I did not find them "cute" at all. I would love that people realise that their voice carries frequency and is an expression of soul signature. All sound carries frequencies that either calm or irritate, feel true or untrue, trigger anger or peace. Our voices do the same. We are living in a quantum world that is created by and maintained by frequency. What goes out comes back in, and there are implications for AI falsity that is being generated out into The Field. When people are over-writing their own unique soul signature - voice - in favour of AI voice, this speaks about the person. I ask what are they hiding? Where are they so uncertain about themselves and what they have to say to others that they require a robot to speak for them? Why are they buying into the rejection of themselves in favour of something that is not even real? What are they generating into the collective field of frequency that is affecting us all all some level? The voice is beautiful, for those who literally do not have voice they would, I imagine, have a different perspective on the miracle that the voice is. The myriad of ideas, feelings, that come through the voice, the way that we can feel what another is feeling by the tonality, or the ability to create emotion through a song. It is all miraculous indeed. This is why I prefer to send a voice note rather than written word. The receiver can feel what I am saying, the written note leaves room for interpretation that is not necessarily meant. In my practice I am often told that my voice brings peace to people. I am aware, as an energetic being, that my voice carries frequencies that calm, soothe, guide, speak the truth that witnesses the person I am working with and they feel it.

Good point - I am also 'triggered' by AI generated writing. The emoji's, the spacing etc - I dont want to read what is written. I admit I use it myself for legal purposes, but we have to be very careful of the road it is taking us down and to keep our own thoughts and consciousness - and most certainly voice...... The bank asks me to use my voice to login. I stay silent.
