Hi everyone, I’m curious what’s the best way to get more reviews for our books? I’ve noticed a lot of authors mentioning BookVillage lately. Has anyone here tried it out? It seems pretty interesting.

Hello everyone!!! I’m always excited to meet writers who are bringing new stories and ideas into the world. I spend much of my free time reading and offering supportive reviews, and I genuinely enjoy helping authors feel seen, encouraged, and appreciated as they create. If you’re working on a book or have something already published, I’d be glad to connect. I read for authors and share thoughtful, grounded feedback — never for payment. I do it because I love the creative process and truly value the work that goes into every manuscript. Some authors choose to offer a small token of appreciation, usually around $20–$25 per reader, especially when they want several readers involved. This is not a payment for a review — it’s simply a kind gesture from authors who want to thank the readers donating their time and attention. Participation is always your choice, and the appreciation is completely optional. If this speaks to you, feel free to reach out.
