My win is staying committed, upping my daily walking consistency, and still not dipping into processed sweets. I am also having a protein shake for breakfast 4-5 out of 7 days a week. Having a whole egg for breakfast just once a week. Current struggle - work process inconsistencies which I try to make a conscious effort to walk off when especially bothered.

@Joe Carabase I’ve been walking every day. I walk in 10-minute spirts typically and when out of the house shopping, going to an UCONN game, etc. This week I crushed my weekly goal of 16k by walking 32,482 steps! Amazing!!
5 min workout
Did my workouts this morning. Went well. Once I feel steadier on on leg I’m sure it’ll feel better. I did modify the exercise for my right arm but did it too

Did my five minutes this am and walked 2435 steps while lifting two pound weights while my computer was being updated.

Greatest Win this week
My greatest win this week was not giving in to eating processed sugary sweets, even though one of my S-I-Ls really negatively triggered me. I was pleased to have identified the trigger, but my self-sabotage behaviors came really close to the surface!
Karen's Weekly Update:
Greatest win this week: Sticking to my commitment to stay away from sweets and processed desserts. Exceeding my walking goal of 16k. As of 5:15pm, I reached 17853 steps! Woohoo!!. I feel like I'm in a good place mentally to have the resiliency to stick to my plan. I am also lifting two-pound weights a couple of times a week while sitting at my desk or walking around my stairs in my home. Greatest accomplishment: Walking around the college campus during an onsite visit yesterday and actually walking briskly and not being out of breath when I got to my car about a 0.75 miles walking round trip. I was pleasantly surprised.😊
