Greatest win this week: Sticking to my commitment to stay away from sweets and processed desserts. Exceeding my walking goal of 16k. As of 5:15pm, I reached 17853 steps! Woohoo!!. I feel like I'm in a good place mentally to have the resiliency to stick to my plan. I am also lifting two-pound weights a couple of times a week while sitting at my desk or walking around my stairs in my home. Greatest accomplishment: Walking around the college campus during an onsite visit yesterday and actually walking briskly and not being out of breath when I got to my car about a 0.75 miles walking round trip. I was pleasantly surprised.😊
