Let's welcome the beginning of May. Considered summer in some countries but definitely not up here in the north. It is also a full moon in Scorpio so write a list of what you'd like to release from your life, pain, worry, stress, loneliness etc. Then rip it up. Next write down an INTENTION for May. How do you want to feel? What can you visualize yourself doing? Write it in the present tense... I am fully enjoying the month of May. I am giving myself more self care time. I enjoy getting out for longer walks and enjoying the sunshine. I feel more light hearted and see so many things around me to be grateful for. You can write the above in your journal or... rip it up and send it off to the Universe too. Have a wonderful weekend!
