Karen Crowell Canada to get a handstand walk and strict bar muscle up

@Rheece Hartte I can hold a handstand for a few seconds. If I go up to handstand with wall a few feet an away I can walk there but the wall will stop me from falling over if I go to far. I can do 9-10 strict pull up and I can do 7-8 ring dips.
