Starting the intro to calisthenics
So today is my second day doing the info to the calisthenics workout and all I can say is Iβm sore!!! This is awesome. Iβve been doing calisthenics for around the year and a half and I feel like these workouts are really big benefits to my growth. πͺπ₯ this is the first time trying the typewriter pull up. I did three sets of five. Was awesome π
