Which markets have been the most consistent for you, and what makes them stand out? I’m not necessarily looking for the “hottest” market, but rather the ones you’ve found to have good deal flow, active buyers, and solid margins over time. I’d love to hear what states or counties have worked well for you and why.

What states are the easiest to operate as a virtual wholesaler? I've read the South Carolina is cracking down and Ohio now requires a separte contract that specifically discloses that you are a wholesaler (not a deal-breaker) but would like to find a state that offers the path of least resistance.
