It has been 18 days since our last general discussion post, and goodness, life has been full in the sweetest, busiest, most “working-between-the-baby’s-naps” kind of way! Thank goodness we survived the sleep regression! Behind the scenes, I have been gently tending to the next pieces of The Radiant Reset Garden, and we are officially 14 days away from launch! 🌱 As you may have noticed, the name has changed from the Radiant Reset Circle to the Radiant Reset Garden. A Garden offers paths, seasons, growth, roots, blooms, and gentle progress. There is something really special about building a space where wellness can feel less overwhelming and more rooted, practical, and personal. For today’s discussion: 🌸 What is one area of your life, meals, movement, mindset, energy, routines, home, or self-care, that you would love to feel more supported in this season? 🪻Mindset & Routines - As I start a new journey of homeschooling while maintaining a full time remote job, it's going to be a challenge. I have so many great ideas that I want to implement that I think will make this my best journey yet but I need the focus on the ideas to stick to them and push through the negative part of new routines while also allowing myself to adapt as best needed for my family. 🌻Home - Having a daily check in with myself and a weekly check in with my husband ensures our goals are both being met and we are prioritizing the mental health of all of us. Part of this has also been to really focus on the food in which we are eating. My main focus of some "untangling" here would be to be more creative with preparing food for when we are out and less restaurant and fast food as relied sources of meals!
