Every morning after we work out we talk about an hour of homework. This is sacred time that we carve out to work on our most important goals. You know, the ones that when you're on your deathbed, you'll regret not trying. If you're not acting on your goals, they're not going to happen. WHat goals are you working on during the hour of homework every morning?

I’m looking for feedback on how the program can be improved. Anything from the visual appearance, the audio quality, the programming, the explanations, the duration or pacing of the sessions….. @Adam Phomin oh yeah, that's true. I found the same. Then I started clipping it to my hat as well, and it's been working well. But as I've been recording videos outside, it was sometimes messed up when it was windy. So now I put it in this "dead cat" thingy and I put it under my t-shirt, so there is no wind coming on the microphone, and it works very well.
AMRAP Monday
Instead of just dong EMOMs everyday, I was thinking about doing some AMRAPs (As Many Reps As Possible) as well. This type of format will teach you how to pace yourself for different durations of intensity. Thoughts?

@Adam Phomin Yeah, I like doing barbell squats, but I don't have enough weights at home (yet), so I do pistol squats with a few small plates I got

@Adam Phomin I started coaching men online 4 years ago, and 2 years ago, I quit my job and went all in on that. 1 year ago, I started the community and went all in on this. I like this much more than trying to get one-on-one clients and stressing around. Community building is more fun lol But damn difficult to make a good one.
