Need advice from people running AI influencer/Fanvue accounts outside the US
Hey everyone, I’m from Slovakia and recently started building an AI influencer / Fanvue-style project focused more on “internet personality” vibes instead of generic model content. Right now my biggest issue is US traffic. I keep hearing different things: - some people say you NEED a US eSIM - others say buy a completely new phone - some say VPN alone is enough - others say it’s mostly content/audience signals So I wanted to ask people actually doing this: 1. If you’re outside the US, how did you get mostly US traffic? Did you use: - eSIM? - new device? - VPN? - US timezone/language only? - warmed-up TikTok accounts? And how important was each thing realistically? 2. Are there any tools/platforms that track AI influencer trends? Like: - trending niches - viral formats - trending aesthetics - what types of AI girls/content are currently working Anything specifically useful for AI creator accounts? 3. How are people handling chatters nowadays? Do most people: - hire real chatters? - use agencies? - build AI chat systems? - hybrid AI + human setup? I’ve seen people mention things like: - n8n - OpenRouter - GPT/Gemini - automated Fanvue messaging Is anyone actually running fully automated AI chatting successfully, or do you still eventually need real people? I’m trying to learn the infrastructure side of this properly before scaling anything, so I’d genuinely appreciate advice from people already doing it. Thanks :)

@Lea Morgan That honestly helps a lot — especially the part about slowing down and focusing on account health first instead of trying to push links too early. I think I’ve been starting to realize that building the actual personality/community side properly is way more important than trying to optimize monetization immediately. Really appreciate you taking the time to explain all of this. I’ll probably keep testing and learning over the next weeks, and if that’s okay with you, I may reach out again later on once I’ve progressed a bit further with the project 🍀 Thanks again for all the insights!

@Lea Morgan Hey Lea! It's been a while since we last talked, so I thought I'd give you an update. I started over with a completely new Instagram account, a new phone, and a new SIM card. You were right — I didn't need an eSIM after all, it was completely unnecessary. I think I finally found a niche that works, and the account is actually starting to grow. What do you think? I just hit 1,000 followers today, which I'm really happy about. Now I'm thinking about adding my Fanvue link to my Stories Highlights, but honestly, I'm a bit scared that Instagram might automatically flag or ban the account. Have you heard of linksby.me? From what I've read, it's designed for creators promoting platforms like Fanvue and aims to reduce how much automated crawlers can see, but it doesn't guarantee protection from moderation. Do you think it's worth using, or would you still wait before adding any Fanvue link? I'd love to hear what you think.
