brillant Alex 👏
📄 Important read: AI in Architecture (what’s actually happening, beyond the hype)
I’m sharing a must-read white paper on AI in architecture that cuts through the noise and shows what’s really changing in practice. This white paper explains how AI is reshaping architectural practice by changing workflows, client expectations, and where value lives. It clearly explains: - Why clients are already using AI (and how that changes your role) - Why rendering alone is becoming commoditized - Where AI actually saves time (hint: by removing steps, not just speeding them up) - The hidden risks nobody talks about: overtrust, loss of authorship, homogenization - Why human judgment, storytelling, and positioning matter more than ever 👉 The big message: AI doesn’t replace skilled architects or visualizers. It replaces people who only push buttons. If you’re working in: - ArchViz - Architecture/interiors - Freelancing or studios selling visuals This will help you reposition yourself as a decision-maker, not an image producer. 📥 Download the PDF I’m curious: what part worries you most, clients using AI, or prices racing to the bottom?

🔨 Which one do you pick?
If you could ONLY use one tool to showcase and visualize your projects for the rest of your career… Which one are you picking? 🔹 SketchUp 🔹 Procreate 🔹 Archicad 🔹 Vectorworks 🔹 Something else (drop it 👀) No overthinking. No “it depends.” 👇 Comment with your tool + 1 reason Let’s see what wins 🏆

@Alex Baltas indeed it is :) at the same it opens up a really smart way of doing things algorithmically :) I think also in the world of visualization, with comfy UI/unreal engine, the logic of visual scripting shows how it can go way beyond what a typical UI can offer:)

@Alex Baltas wow thanks for your reply Alex! Honestly I didn't know about Ray Kappe before! I adore R.M. Schindler and Richard Neutra and that generation of european architects who aspired after Frank Lloyd Wright but didn't know about the more contemporary work of Ray Kappe. Will for sure look that up in the near future!

Quick game: Can you guess what I used here? :) --> Guess the software and tell me which one you love to use!

this does look like a quick prompt to image rendering by an AI...therefore my guess that it's D5, if not nanobanana :-)
