My apologies, @Ken Hyra for taking so long to respond. I was buried in a video call for the longest. Welcome, and I am so glad you are here. Caroline is a wonderful person, and I love her community. One of the things you will notice about the Baha'i Faith is that we have no clergy. We do have, however, an elected administrative body. Their function lies in two primary areas: to protect the Faith from distortion and to promote teaching. That said, should you have any questions, please feel free to ask. Should I not be able to answer them, I shall do my best to find a resource for you. There is also a tab where members can place requests for additional information or subjects that are not covered. You are also welcome to DM me.

Truth is not meant to be comfortable.
Truth is not meant to be comfortable. In a world where subjective beliefs often clash, the pursuit of truth can feel alienating. Many assume that comfort and truth are intertwined, but this couldn’t be further from the reality of a genuine, independent investigation of truth. The Bahá'í teachings encourage seekers to embrace discomfort for growth and clarity. Only by challenging our preconceived notions can we truly discern what is real and beneficial for humanity. How has seeking the truth challenged your beliefs? I agree with you, @Ken Hyra, awareness of truth can sometimes become highly uncomfortable, especially if what we learn is either not what we expected or to our liking. As for truth, justice is closely related. Here is a quote from The Hidden Words of Baha'u'llah. O Son of Spirit! The best beloved of all things in My sight is Justice; turn not away therefrom if thou desirest Me, and neglect it not that I may confide in thee. By its aid thou shalt see with thine own eyes and not through the eyes of others, and shalt know of thine own knowledge and not through the knowledge of thy neighbor. Ponder this in thy heart; how it behooveth thee to be. Verily justice is My gift to thee and the sign of My loving-kindness. Set it then before thine eyes. A link to the Hidden Words can be found in the Reference matierials.

One of the principles of the Baha'i Faith is to help people overcome and remove prejudice of all kinds.
