Haha so I got an email from my property manager after my call with Brian yesterday evening. My solar water heater panel has been leaking and water made its way into the master bedroom. Big bubble in the ceiling drywall. Panels 18yrs old and time to replace along with any repairs. Was wondering what type of insurance everyone uses that might off set costs like this in the future from normal wear and tear. Kind of bummed…have plans to buy my first turn key soon…lucky I have a decent treasury and reserve set up to cover this…TIA
