I did really build a chatbot with my Pacific Clinics policy documents and was pleased with the outcome. I do need to learn how to customize it better.

#Module 1.2 - Prompt Engineering Mastery Prompt #1 - All-Staff Announcement Subject: Updated COVID-19 Prevention Policy Dear Pacific Clinics Employees, As of October 20, 2025, our organization continues to follow California’s COVID-19 Prevention Non-Emergency Regulation, which remains in effect through 2026. While the California Department of Public Health has retired its separate isolation and testing guidance, Cal/OSHA’s prevention standards remain unchanged. Employees experiencing COVID-19 symptoms may return to work after 24 hours without fever (without medication) and when symptoms are mild and improving. Those without symptoms have no isolation period unless symptoms develop later. Key expectations: - Report positive cases to your supervisor or HR immediately. - COVID-19 testing remains available at no cost during paid time for employees with workplace close contact. - Masks are required indoors for 10 days after a positive test or symptom onset, and available upon request anytime. - Our Injury & Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) continues to include measures to identify and prevent COVID-19 hazards. Hello everyone, I hope you all found our first session engaging and informative! As we move forward, I want to remind you about the homework assignment I shared during our session. Homework Assignment: 1. Sign up and log into ChatGPT, Claude, or Google Gemini (Free version is perfectly fine) 2. Choose a prompt to test (for example, "Create a job description for a software engineering role" or "Draft a policy for unlimited PTO for a 500-person company"). 3. Run the same prompt across the different models to compare their responses. 4. Share your findings in the community. What differences did you observe? Which model provided the best output for your prompt? This exercise is designed to help you understand the strengths and capabilities of each AI model as we prepare for our next session on prompt engineering.
