I can’t believe it but I lost 2 pounds! I at steak and veggies and really thought the steak was going to potential hinder my potential loss as it seemed to have a little more fat on it, but it didn’t!
I’m one week in and lost a total of 6.3 pounds. I had to add another ounce of each category- fruit, veggies and lean meat and still lost each day. It’s very motivating to keep going
I’m on day 6 and already lost 4.6 pounds and I’m already getting energy back. I am not having that completely exhausted feeling around 6 or 7 at night where all I want to do is sit on the couch
Determined to stay on program while going out to dinner, I brought veggies and fruit and ate them on the way to Outback Steakhouse. Ordered a steak and enjoyed dinner with everyone! Outback Steakhouse will cook steaks without oils, butter and seasoning. The steak tasted awesome and I stayed on track 😋
