SOLVED: What worked in the end was 'Adding Funds'. I added £10 just to see if it would fix anything and it unlocked the account. 💃 Leaving this here incase anybody encounters this issue in future. ---------------------- I feel like this is the best place to find an answer and see if anybody can help as I am quite stuck! I am setting up a fresh ads manager account to run ads to my free community. When I load on the bank card to use, it seems fine and all verified at first, but then my account was disabled due to the payment method, and remains disabled with no resolve. I've tried the following which hasn't worked: - Adding Paypal as a backup and default - Paying remaining balance (It keeps telling me there is one even though it is zero) but "paying" it does nothing, I've tried with multiple methods. - Removing the same card from an old closed ad account - Removing the payment method and adding again - Contacted the bank to ensure they're not rejecting the active card check (they're not) I've also tried to add another bank card but for some reason it just won't add. I will try to add a third card, but I have a feeling that no matter what I add it'll just show as "Account disabled pay remaining balance" - Again there is no remaining balance across any account. I am stuck in a loop with no way to contact Meta (I've spent an hour searching) I am trying to join some Meta groups here on Skool to see if anybody can help. If anybody has any nugget of wisdom here I will owe you big time!
