I am having trouble getting cloents to pay for the website, its always like this: "I make a demo for them I talk with them about the website and the potentional of it, but for some reasons all they do is only say somthing like I will call you later or ill see what i can do and then never hear from them again. I even call them for a second time but then they arent intereasted." Is my aproach wrong or do I need to try to focus on multiple niches?
