We're just getting started and I want to know: what's the ONE small change you're committing to this week? It doesn't have to be perfect. It doesn't have to be big. It just has to be yours. Going hardcore Carnivore, going to try running on ketones instead of glucose for a while, not a permanent eating style but a change up for 2 months , it’s worked in the past just a big commitment
