I joined "Body Improvement Club" recently because I wanted to find a community that could teach me more about flexibility and mobility. I was relieved when I found out that Tommy has a whole tutorial on flexibility where he guides you through each movement pattern. Whenever I have had questions that were more specific, he was very helpful and reached out to answer all my questions through text and calls.

Also, he has more tutorials aside from these that are worth checking out as well!
