I understand that YouTube’s algorithm recommends videos primarily based on a viewer’s watch history. My question is: if I promote certain videos on my channel using paid ads, and viewers subscribe or follow my channel as a result, will those viewers still be shown my future uploads even if those new videos are not promoted with ads? If my understanding is incorrect, I would appreciate clarification on how this process actually works. My goal is to influence which videos people choose to watch, and I understand that this involves a combination of advertising, effective titles, and strong thumbnail design. Additionally, I’m interested in learning more about the psychology behind effective YouTube thumbnails and titles. Where would be a good place to find reliable information on this topic?

What do you think about my thumbnails? I'm new to this, I have been doing this less from 3 months and I'm ok with running small ad's to grow it... Is this a good place and time to do so, I am also have other questions to ask!
