You can also watch YouTube videos - there are some really good content creators. Just pick a wine region - eg. Burgundy in France and watch a few videos about it on YouTube. That will give you lots of foundational knowledge about wine regions and grape varieties
Hey Francisco, Prosecco would be more common as an aperitif without food, before the meal. But you can also pair it with light food like canapés. If it’s not too sweet, then it can also pair fairly well with some seafood like smoked salmon, sushi, oysters etc.
