@Jan Mirkowski that’s great Jan! You must be really proud, especially in a blind tasting! It’s what’s inside the bottle that really counts! 👌 website looks good 👍 which of your bottles is your favourite? The Founders Reserve?

Ah some great hobbies there Marilyn! Sorry to hear you don’t drink alcohol anymore, but it sounds like you’ve enjoyed some lovely wines in the past 👌

@Jan Mirkowski Awesome! 👍 It’s great to hear English wine starting to do well and compete against the traditional countries!

You can read wine books - I have this book and it’s so good for referring to 👌

You can also watch YouTube videos - there are some really good content creators. Just pick a wine region - eg. Burgundy in France and watch a few videos about it on YouTube. That will give you lots of foundational knowledge about wine regions and grape varieties

Hey Francisco, Prosecco would be more common as an aperitif without food, before the meal. But you can also pair it with light food like canapés. If it’s not too sweet, then it can also pair fairly well with some seafood like smoked salmon, sushi, oysters etc.

@Francisco Gomez awesome! My girlfriend is from Peru! So I love the food! 👌 Where abouts is the restaurant?

For Peruvian meals, it would be a good pairing for Pollo a la Brasa and Arroz con Mariscos 👍
