Allergy
Just a question if you wake up you’ve had allergies all week and you have a bit of a headache and today is your day to microdose. Do you continue to do that or do you skip it and change the day? Just curious.

I did not get the advice quick enough however, I went ahead and did my microdose and actually later in the day my headache was also gone.
